The terminal bar is a common basic accessory product in the automation industry, which mainly completes the effective transmission of the intermediate medium such as signal and current. The safe protection device and light operation are the two core values of the terminal facing the connection market.

In the electric power automatic connection system, the appearance of terminal is convenient for daily operation and maintenance. 1. Screw connection

Screw connection is the connection method of screw type terminal. In particular, you should pay attention to the maximum and minimum cross sections of the connecting wire and the maximum tightening torque of screws of different specifications.

2, welding

The most common type of welding is soldering. The most important part of the solder connection is the continuity of the metal between the solder and the surface to be soldered. Therefore, the most important thing for the terminal, the cold pressed terminal, is the solderability. The most common coatings on the soldered ends of ring terminals are tin, silver, and gold. The reed type contact pair of common welding ends has welding plate type, punching eye welding plate type and notch welding plate type: pinhole type contact pair of common welding ends has drilling arc notch type.

3, crimping

Clamping is a technique used to compress and displace metal within specified limits and to connect wires to contact pairs. Good crimping connection can produce metal fusion flow, so that the wire and contact on the material symmetrical deformation. This kind of connection is similar to the cold welding connection, can obtain the better mechanical strength and the electrical continuity, it can withstand the harsher environmental conditions. At present, it is generally believed that the correct crimping connection is better than tin welding, especially in high current situations must be used crimping. Special crimping pliers or automatic or semi-automatic crimping machine shall be used when crimping. Should be based on the cold pressed terminal, cold pressed terminal wire section, the correct selection of contact to the wire tube. Note that the crimping connection is a permanent connection and can only be used once.

4, wire wrap

5. Pierce in succession
